Cash sale customers
From the 1/10/2012 we can only accept cash payments if accompanied by a credit or debit card to guarantee payment of any future invoices, should the hire run over the original estimated time.
The details will be retained until the hire and all other payments have been fulfilled, at which point they will be destroyed. Details are held in line with the Data Protection Act.
Cash sale customers cannot make payment by cheque as a deposit unless it is paid 10 working days in advance. A credit or debit card will be required to guarantee the remaining period of hire should the hire run over the original estimated time.
Normal deposits require one month hire in advance. This is refundable less outstanding rental and damage charges.
